Increase The Blood Flow

I already shared the child pose in my previous post and now I will continue to legs up the wall. It’s a pose that also help us to calm our nerves, complete relaxation, balance the endocrine system, relieves all fatique that we have and increases the blood flow in our pelvic region. The instructions are: Sit on the edge of your mat with your side to the wall. As you bring your torso back, swing your legs up the wall. Make sure your whole spine is on the mat. If your hamstrings are tight, come away from the wall a few inches until you are comfortable. Your hands can be at your side on your body or overhead. If you are not comfortable use a chair for your legs. That’s all for now and thank you for reading. You can do it also at home if you like.
