Yellow Flowers

The weather was a little bit cold yesterday but my sister already set the schedule for picnic at the Riverside Park. After our church service at around twelve in the afternoon we proceed to the said park. We have lots of foods such as fried chicken, fries, hamburger, chicken barbecue, pork barbecue, corn, potato chips, rice and fried fish.
Most of the flowers are tulips, daffodils, bleeding hearts and many more. Some tulips were already blooming but the others need more weeks to bear flowers. I think I need to come back there for the next shooting. There were lots of seagulls and Canadian geese too.

Sacramento Plumber

When I was in college I remember our teacher asked the class about what is our favorite room at home and why? One of my classmates says that she like her bedroom so much. For me, kitchen is my favorite. I love to cook, wash the dishes and clean our kitchen. Our kitchen is very clean, bright and spacious that makes us comfortable to live. I love the modern facilities, appliances and everything in the kitchen.

If I’m done in the kitchen, I love to stay inside my bedroom. In my room I feel relax, happy and satisfied. Everything is there including the bathroom and all appliances. The walls are painted with fresh, apple green and the wall of windows overlooking the backyard garden. If we have problems in our home such as leaking, replacement, repair and water heater installation, Sacramento Plumber is always available. They are the best plumber when it comes to quality of work, high customer service and very affordable. They can also help us if we need toilet replacement and water conservation. If you want to change faucets, tub and shower valves, just contact them immediately.

I was at the Riverside Park last Sunday after the church service together with my sister, niece and brother in law. It’s picnic time and we spent four hours in there just to captured the breathtaking views of the park. The weather was cold but not so much and we had fun eating our delicious foods at the table near the river. While taking pictures, these geese caught my attention. They’re so cute while sleeping, right?. Even though I’m so near to them and my niece was shouting “hey wake up” but still they didn’t move.

At last after few minutes they woke up. Opps! Where are you going guys? Ohhh! They went to the river and maybe they plan to go swimming. But I’m wrong, I waited for them to swim but they just stay there near the river. Never mind, they needs time to relax first or maybe they are still sleepy, hehehe.

It’s a banana cake, a home made and versatile recipe of Mary. This is one of the foods she served to us during snack time. We gathered in her residence for our weekly bible study. If you want to try to cook here’s the ingredients and procedure:

* 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
* 1 tablespoon baking soda
* 1 pinch salt
* 1/2 cup unsalted butter
* 1 cup white sugar
* 3/4 cup light brown sugar
* 2 eggs
* 4 ripe bananas, mashed
* 2/3 cup buttermilk
* 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

DIRECTIONS

1. First preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour 2 – 8 inches round pans. In a small bowl, whisk together flour, soda and salt then set aside.
2. In a large bowl, cream butter, white sugar and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs, one at a time and mix in the bananas. Add flour mixture alternately with the buttermilk to the creamed mixture. Stir in chopped walnuts. Pour batter into the prepared pans.
3. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and serve.
