According to my doc avoid processed food they often contain excessively high amounts of salt. She advice me to avoid too much sodium in my foods as it throws many systems including our digestive system is out of balance. Too much salt is not good in our body. Hand washing when properly done is the most effective way to prevent the spread of communicable disease that they called as H1N1 or swine flu. I think the issue about this disease is all gone. I just arrived from Riverside Park. My friends and I went there to witnessed the multicultural festival. It is held from June 12, 13 and 14, 2009. Today is the last day of the said event. Every year they have festival showcases from different cultural food vendors, great bands, craft vendors and a large variety of ethnic performers from around the world. There are also fireworks and children tents that make this an event fabulous and wonderful celebration.
