At home all I need to renovate is the tiles in my kitchen. It’s already old, I mean it was more than 10 years and it needs replacement. I want the bigger tiles so that it is easy for us to clean. I also love to use white color with a beautiful design in both sides. I also plan to change our toilet bowl I need the modern style, it’s more comfortable. Also I plan to have additional washroom in my son’s room so that it easy for him to use. I just hope I have extra income for the said plan.

I had fun chatting with my cousin the other night. As of now she works in Hongkong as a domestic helper or a caregiver to a four years old baby. She works there for more than 10 years already and with God’s help she will soon move to US for good. I already mention in my previous post that she found his boyfriend in the internet. Even though she’s a little bit fat like me but she found the right man for her. To make the story short, she found his boyfriend in the internet. For three years of communication, they already met in person last December 2008 when his boyfriend traveled to Hongkong from New York City. As of now they are waiting for the completion of the papers.

Yesterday I bought ice cream and chocolates because I really miss it. Actually I tried to avoid eating those kind of foods for many months. I just eat a little and not so much. I really need to avoid foods that contains saturated or hydrogenated fats because it can increase cholesterol. I need to reduce bad cholesterol in order to have a lower blood pressure. By the way here’s the foods that I need to avoid: fried and breaded foods, donuts, cookies, muffins, butter, cream, meat fat, chicken fat, sausage, chips, french fries, chocolates, ice cream, foods with coconut oil, palm oil, hydrogenated oils, margarines, shortening and others. So, I need to follow the doctor’s advice to live happily and longer.

Today is my schedule for mammogram at general hospital here in our place. This is my first time to go there and have my check up. My doctor said don’t worry it’s just a test to check if it’s ok, hehee. Nothing to worry about it but I’m still nervous. Well, I’ll be back later cause I need to get ready now.
