At The Age Of 40

At the age of 40 and above women should have clinical breast exam or mammogram by a trained health professional at least two years. That’s why I went to genaral hospital yesterday for my breast exam appoinment. My age is not yet 40 but it is near 40 so my doctor advice me for breast exam to make sure that I am physically healthy. It’s my first time to experiennce mammo and I hope the result is fine. After the exam I went to the mall, go shopping and eat dinner with my brother.
