Foods To Eat

Foods with fiber that gives energy are whole wheat bread and rolls, whole wheat pasta, English muffin, pita bread, bagel, cereals, grits, oatmeal, brown rice, unsalted pretzels and popcorn. For vegetables that are rich in potassium, magnesium and fiber are the following: broccoli, carrots, collards, green beans, green peas, kale, lima beans, potatoes, spinach, squash, sweet potatoes and tomatoes. For fruits are: apples, apricots, bananas, dates, grapes, oranges, grapefruit, mangoes, melon, peaches, pineapples, raisins, strawberries and tangerines. For milk I need fat free or low fat the skim milk or frozen yogurt.
