I Loss Weight

Giving tips and techniques in my websites on how to loss weight really help me a lot. One of the best tips that I applied in myself is to eat less, don’t overeat and just eat the healthy foods such as fruits and vegetables. Avoid too much fats, sugar, and salt. I only eat less in meat and other foods that high in colesterol. Sometimes I go walking and running at the store. Sometimes I will visit my friend at the neighbor and ask her to go walking. It really helps a lot and I just hope that it continue and no more belly anymore, lol.
