Limit Salt Intake

She advice me to avoid too much sodium in my foods as it throws many systems including our digestive system is out of balance. Too much salt is not good in our body. Sometimes I only put little salt in my foods or sometimes I did not put any salt, hehe. I really focus on my diet to lose weight and at the same time reduce my blood pressure.
