Take Good Care

I think the issue about this disease is all gone. I did not heard about it anymore. I hope those flu are all gone like the SARS. But still we need to take good care and proper hand washing is the best. If you have flu keep your fingers away from your eyes, nose or mouth. Do not go to work or in a large crowd if you are sick to avoid or not to spread influenza to others. Stay clean and eat healthy foods.
