We can go to any places we love and stay there for a short vacation. When we talk of travel eating delicious foods is included. But we need to remember that our body only needs healthy foods if you want to stay healthy and physically fit. Beware of fatty foods, avoid alcohol and don’t forget to have regular exercise.
