Ways To Prevent Flu

Even though it’s summer time but still there are kids that needs tips on how to prevent flu. I want to share five tips that can help the kids or your family from influenza or flu. First stay in good health by eating nutritious foods, eat well and be active. Get a flu shot to help reduce the spread of the flu virus. Wash your hands often with soap and water. Cover your mouth while sneezing and coughing to avoid spreading germs. Know the symptoms of the flu such as muscle aches, tiredness, fever, coughing, sneezing and sore throat. Be aware that it’s common to be contagious for a day or two before you show any symptoms. That’s all for now and take care of yourself.
