Hi friends! How’s your day? How did you spent your weekend? About me I always enjoy every weekend. Last weekend we spent a three day vacation at Ottawa, Canada. Before we went there we pass by at Toronto. We went to Ontario Place before going to Ottawa. I want to share a pictures taken at Ontario Place, Toronto, Canada maybe in my next post. It seems that I gained so much weight these past few weeks. I’m afraid to have those unwanted fats and I’m desperately wanted to lose them. Now, I try to balance my diet and choose the right foods for me in order to lessen up those excess calories. I even try to seek advices from my friends to help me out with my condition. They told me that the best way to get rid with this unwanted fats is to have a regular cardio exercise. Aside from my daily jogging routine every morning, I work out in a fitness gym to burn more fats and turn them into muscles at least thrice a week. And because of my busy schedule, I failed to have time to go to gym.
I guess the best way is to buy my own gym equipment like Treadmill to help me out burning fats even I was at home. Treadmill and stationary bikes are the most common gym equipments that are used to burn out calories and the best way to lose weight.
I have heard that Fitness Blow out is currently offering discount prices for their treadmill equipments. So I guess this is a perfect time for me to buy a treadmill for my own!

Good evening to everyone. Before I sleep I love to post some pictures of mine taken at Niagara falls last July 17, 2008. This is my second time visited this wonderful creation from God. Yes, we had fun together with my sister and family exploring the world famous attraction of Niagara falls. Thousands of people are there to viewed the awesome falls. I’m waited for so long to be alone near the falls so that I can take solo picture. At around 6 pm only few are there and that’s the time we took solo pictures near the falls. That’s me in the pictures and behind me is the horseshoe falls. A very unforgettable experienced I have this summer.

My cousin is currently working in a fast food chain as a service crew. They encountered so many challenges especially in terms of dealing with their customers. I’ve been in a fast food chain industry before so I know what they’re going through. I remember that we try to add more crews to handle the crowd every peak season. Our Management team keeps on providing us additional rules and guidelines to prevent any possible unwanted situation. This guideline includes the implementation of line management and public guidance within our service area.
As one of their crew, we all want to give the best of our services to our customers. To do so, we have to set everything perfectly fine and well-organized. I guess this is where we got the idea of establishing crowd control system within our area.

I just arrived from a short vacation. I’m so tired from a long trip and happy of course. I traveled and explore the beauty of Ottawa, the capital of Canada together with my brother and Betty of course. It’s a wonderful place and I enjoyed so much. I have lots of pictures and videos. But, I’m still busy now maybe next day I can post in my blogs.
