Eat Slowly

Well, that’s true I need to control myself of eating too much foods. It’s not good to become overweight. Also we need time to enjoy our foods, eat slowly and savour the flavors. Make sure that you have the right amount of foods in your body. Well, thanks to you my friend for the nice advises you gave to me. I appreciate it.
