Just Arrived

I just arrived from the store. I went there to have blood pressure check up at the same time buy grocery items. In the pharmacy area there is a blood pressure machine there and I checked my BP there. I was shock when it is so high. I roamed around to buy foods and after that I checked again. It is really high and I’m a little bit worried. When I’m home I eat and take medicine to lower my blood pressure.
