Healthy Diet

Last September 15 was the schedule of my high blood pressure check up. My doctor advise me to have regular exercise everyday for at least 20 to 30 minutes a day. Also, I need to select the foods I eat, only those foods are healthy and less in cholesterol. Limit those foods with fats, red meats and avoid alcohol. The good thing is I loss more weight this month.
