Gumamela Flower

We called this plant as gumamela Flower in the Philippines and hibiscus here in Canada. It is cultivated as ornamental plants. Flowers are large, generally bell-shaped, with 5 petals and sepals. Have different kinds of colors like white, purple, orange, red, yellow, pink and many more. There are two kinds of hibiscus the single and double flowers. Other people in the Philippines use the flower as a soap or shampoo. They also use the flower for burns and medicine for skin diseases. Parts of hibiscus are the following: ovary, stigma and style. The insects, butterflies, bees and birds attracts the flowers so much.
